DIY’s, I feel it’s important to share where I came and where I intend to go with this.
As you likely read, I’ve been in digital marketing for over 13 years. I’ve had a great run working at companies (i.e. my last 4 years at Google) and global brands. My role has always been to help companies grow via digital, and I’ve done that. I took a lot of pride providing digital strategies and recommendations and seeing them implemented, to ultimately drive significant revenue.
Throughout the course of my career I’ve likely oversaw and managed $500m in ad spend, which translated into significantly more in revenue for the clients I’ve partnered with throughout the years.
For my next endeavor, I want to service the under serviced. Which is likely anyone who ventured to this site. Specifically:
-Small business owners who can’t afford an agency or consultancy
-Independent companies with a lean or non-existent marketing staff
-Digital marketers trying to learn brush up their skills
-Bloggers who need to promote their site
-Students looking to get into this exciting world of digital
I’ve never been more excited to start this chapter in my life and career. I’ve enjoyed partnering with my clients and driving large growth for them, but now I’m looking to have even more impact. Instead of helping a handful of very large clients, I have the opportunity to help out thousands of individuals master digital advertising.
