Hi, is it mandatory to set conversion for local store ads?
Because google doesn’t allow me to do google local store ads without setting any conversion.

I would check with Google: https://support.google.com/google-ads/?hl=en#topic=10286612

Generally speaking, setting up conversion actions are really helpful – it tells google what to prioritize outside of clicks.
