Have you ever had a google ads account get disabled for “circumventing the system” and have any insight as to why our account could get flagged for this and how to avoid it? I have looked up many different forums and a lot of people mention that they are never able to get there account back and it could be a multitude of reasons.

I haven’t seen the circumventing the system error in awhile. This is likely a mistake on Google’s end, assuming you’re not doing anything to undermine or go around Google’s standard rules. I would suggest to request a re-review of the ad, and I would also open a support ticket.
