Pricing and cost information on signing up for Groove.cm (formerly Groove funnels).
Groove is an all in one digital platform that’s perfect for many startups, entrepreneurs. Why? Because for one fee you get a ton of products that you would otherwise have to sign up individually for.
Groove includes the following digital products:
- GroovePages – a tool to build landing pages and websites.
- GrooveFunnels – a funnel builder.
- GrooveMember – a platform to handle memberships.
- GrooveSell – functionality for ecommerce to start selling online.
- GrooveMail – an all in one email functionality app.
- GrooveVideo – platform to host video.
- GrooveBlog – to host your blog and build an inbound SEO strategy.
- GrooveWebinar – webinar hosting platform
- and more in the works!

Groove Costs and Pricing
Groove pricing and the costs associated with the product is what makes this unique. Most platforms, you have to pay a separate fee for each feature (i.e. landing page builder, email marketing tool, ecommerce tools, etc.). However, with Groove they have their product that includes nearly all of the tools that most digital businesses need to thrive (mail, website/landing page builder, e-commerce functionality, webinar hosting, etc.). This in of itself is a major advantage. By having all of these tools within one plan is a huge money saver, not to mention the amount of time saved by getting to know one platform very well (Groove), vs. a bunch of different platforms for each need.
Now, their pricing is in a few tiers, below are the options available referenced on their website as of November, 2022. What I love about Groove is they offer a very strong free product, where you can start without a credit card, and then upgrade, down the road, as needed.
Groove Free Plan – Click to get Started with Free Account!
This is the basic startup plan. What I love about Groove is they encourage users just to first play around with the tools before committing to the product. Additionally, they have a very strong guarantee, which I’ll reference later.
Once you start with a free plan, there are other tiers that have more features, based on the needs of the business. This includes the following.
Groove Startup – $99/month
Groove Creator – $149/month
Groove Pro – $199/month
Groove Premium – $249/month
Groove Money Back Guarantee
Groove also has a very strong guarantee and refund program. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days.
Groove Competitors and Alternatives
There are other platforms that provide services similar to Groove, for consideration. However, in my opinion, Groove should be highly considered to try before entering the rest. Below are the competitors and alternative for each service.
- GrooveMail – Mailchimp, Klavio, Constant Contact
- Groove Pages – Shopify, WordPress, Wix, WooCommerce
- Groove Sell – Shopify
- GrooveFunnels – ClickFunnels
- GroovePages – a tool to build landing pages and websites.
- GrooveMember – Teachable, Thinkific
- GrooveVideo – Most website hosting platforms
- GrooveBlog – WordPress and other website hosting products
- GrooveWebinar – Everwebinare
These are just a sample of competitors for consideration, there are many out there, but these are some of the ones that come up top of mind.
What sets Groove out apart from the rest is it’s just one platform, and the cost and time savings should put Groove at the top of the list for consideration, especially for startups and entrepreneurs who are launching their digital business.
Who is Groove good for?
This purely my opinion, but I believe Groove is perfect for businesses that don’t have a ton of money to spend monthly expenses on multiple marketing platforms, and are looking for a good, all in one platform. Specifically, I think this can be great for:
- Entrepreneurs – Groove can be great for Entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs generally have to be very keen on where they’re spending their money to get their business off the ground. Groove can be a huge money saver given they have so many tools in their platform that would otherwise have to be paid for separately.
- Small Businesses – Small businesses generally want simplicity and a one stop shop for all of their marketing, while keeping to a budget. Groove will do just that. Additionally, the platform is relatively easy to understand and they have a very strong community and training for support.
Who is Groove not good for?
This is purely my opinion, but I believe Groove is not ideal for enterprise organizations with complex needs around mailing, ecommerce, website hosting and more. These organizations likely need enterprise level solutions, whereas Groove is great for small business, entrepreneurs and even medium sized businesses. However, this again is just my opinion.
